10 Week Champion's Mentality Program

By the end of this program, you will develop a champion's mentality that will help you conquer your goals and achieve your full potential as an athlete!

Here is a breakdown of each week inside of our program:

  • Week .5 - Introduction: We will get to know each other and your biggest struggles and schedule out our meetings!
  • Week 1 - Awareness: This week is all about diving into you and where you are at with your mentality. This will set the tone for the program.
  • Week 2 - Goals: Second step in any high-level athlete is determining some goals that they want to achieve. Let's make a game plan.
  • Week 3 - Process: We need to dive into how you think in the heat of competition as well as how you approach practice/training. Process > Results.
  • Week 4 - Confidence: We will dive deep into confidence, and how to control it. Just like anything else, confidence can be improved through practice.
  • Week 5 - Discipline: "Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments." - Jim Rohn. Let's build the best bridge there is. 
  • Week 6 - Trust: This will tackle your ability to trust in yourself, your teammates, your coaches, and your game plan. Trust is everything. 
  • Week 7 - Adversity: We will show you how to face adversity and not just get through it, but how to conquer it. 
  • Week 8 - Visualization: One of the most important training pieces to the mental game. We will dive deep into our way that helps you to visualize correctly. 
  • Week 9 - Leadership: Leadership is influence, and it is up to you if you want to be a good influence or a bad influence.
  • Week 10 - Champion: How can we be a champion in everything we do? Not just sports and athletics, but life as well...
